There has been growing interest in the use of non-solution nasal delivery such as powder formulations. However, many challenges remain, such as how different types of powders impact different devices, where in the nasal cavity it deposits, how much moisture is required to dissolve the powder, suitability for emergency use, and distinguishing between the different patterns of sinonasal obstruction.
This workshop will gather experts to discuss:
- Navigating various non-solution formulations, such as powders, gels, and suspensions, highlighting their advantages in stability, targeted delivery, and prolonged residence time in the nasal cavity
