Dr. Yosef (Sefi) Rosenfeld is Director of Pre-Clinical and Early Clinical Development at Nasus Pharma, where he leads the company’s intranasal drug delivery pipeline, spanning dry-powder and liquid formulations across multiple therapeutic areas, toward first-in-human studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and has spent over 15 years advancing novel drug delivery platforms, with senior R&D and regulatory roles at PolyPid, NeuroDerm, and SilkIt. His work bridges preclinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and GLP safety studies with regulatory strategy, having authored nonclinical sections for IND, NDA, and MAA submissions. He has published 13 peer-reviewed articles and holds two patents in drug delivery and immune modulation.
