Timothy Sullivan is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zeteo Biomedical, an Austin-based drug-delivery technology company developing novel medical devices and drug-device combination products for nasal, nose-to-brain, pulmonary, ophthalmic, and sublingual administration. He is co-inventor of Zeteo’s proprietary drug-delivery platforms and inventor or co-inventor on more than 55 U.S. and international patents. His work spans the integration of formulation, device engineering, primary packaging, manufacturing, regulatory strategy, and clinical requirements to translate new drug-delivery concepts into viable combination products. Over a five-decade career in technology innovation and entrepreneurship, Timothy has founded and helped grow more than a dozen companies and has worked extensively with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, and government partners to advance new technologies from early-stage development through commercialization.
