Tracy Brandmeyer

Dr. Tracy Brandmeyer is a neuroscientist and biotech executive with over two decades of experience spanning neuroscience, mental health, consciousness, and neurotechnology. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the CNRS in France, an MSc from the Donders Institute, and completed postdoctoral training at UCSF and the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. As CEO and Co-Founder of Cognigenics, she is leading the development of intranasal RNA-based therapeutics for neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders. She also serves as fractional Chief Science Officer at BrainMind, an advisor to Lionheart Ventures, and adjunct faculty at UC San Diego’s Institute for Neural Computation.
