His work centers on engineering advanced nasal products—from dry powders and nasal sprays to nose-to-brain targeting platforms—bridging formulation design with critical device performance metrics such as plume geometry, spray patterns, and regional cavity deposition. With extensive research in anatomical replica cast modeling and translational CMC scale-up, Dr. Warnken leads the development of next-generation intranasal therapeutics from discovery to preclinical pipeline feasibility.
